Plan a study
Start with the question and the date; everything else can wait.
Two fields are enough to prepare the scope. The remaining steps are optional, and you can download your draft at any time.
A small first study with a reviewable deliverable.
For leads in translational bioinformatics and biomarker discovery. Together we define which conclusion your team needs to review, which evidence supports it and which uncertainty must be documented.
01 · Agree on the question
A scoping session to set the objective, assay, permissions, test data, CPU, memory and time limits, and the person responsible. No sensitive files are accepted.
02 · Review feasibility
A work proposal and budget fixed to the approved scope. Pipeline, reference, metadata and acceptance criteria are defined before any resources are reserved. Timelines are agreed case by case; there is no published SLA.
03 · Deliver evidence
Proposed deliverables: a QC report, a manifest of versions and hashes, a results table with its limits and a review session. They are delivered only after the corresponding execution has been enabled and verified.
Common questions from scientific and procurement teams
What is being contracted today?
A scoping conversation commits you to no purchase. The assisted service, price, milestones, acceptance and obligations are agreed in writing. There is no subscription and no real billing on this website.
Can we use real data?
Only after a review of the specific dataset, its rights, its purpose, the processing conditions and the technical controls. In the meantime, the public case and the synthetic fixtures let you examine the approach. The form accepts neither files nor patient data.
Who keeps the files, and for how long?
Location, access, retention, backup and verifiable deletion are agreed before the pilot. A value selected in the form does not constitute an operational retention policy.
What would stop the pilot?
Uncertain permissions, missing controls or reference, an exceeded resource budget, or results that fail the acceptance criteria. A failure is documented as such and is never presented as a valid result.
