Pricing and engagement models
Start at no cost, move through clear units, and grow with your program.
We publish the billing unit for every model so that you know what is being purchased before we talk. Figures are agreed per project and in writing, because every study has its own assay, data rights and acceptance criteria.
A path in four steps
Each step builds on the previous one, so a program can examine the evidence before committing a single file.
- 01
Public cases
No cost
Examine the cases computed on open data, with methods, sensitivity, limits and verifiable files. No account required.
- 02
Evaluation pilot
By invitation
Access the hosted workspace with the public cases and synthetic tables, run analyses and leave a grounded review. No private data.
- 03
Scoped study
Per agreed unit
One question, one assay and one deliverable, contracted as a service with scope, price and acceptance in writing. This is the first model that works with your own data.
- 04
Continuous program
Agreed capacity
Recurring batches under one frozen method contract, with traceability between deliveries and reviewed version changes. Opens once a scoped study has proven its value.
Three engagement models, each with its own billing unit
| Model | Unit | What it includes | What it does not include |
|---|---|---|---|
| Verified reproduction | per analysis | Re-execution of an existing analysis under a versioned method contract, with a re-execution record, per-artifact hashes and a citable package. | Sequencing, variant calling and clinical interpretation. |
| Comparable cohort | per cohort or batch | Compatibility assessment, agreed processing and comparison across cohorts or batches where the design and references allow it, with a documented sensitivity analysis. | Sample collection, laboratory work and conclusions about individuals. |
| Evidence package | per deliverable | A report that separates observation, inference and interpretation, with provenance and what did not hold up, prepared for a committee, reviewer or funder. | Manuscript writing, submission management and regulatory support. |
What grows with your program
Platform capabilities expand continuously, and each one enters the offer only once it is verified and documented in the Trust center. Anything not on this page is not part of a contract, even if it is in development.

How payment works when the time comes
Wompi is the primary channel planned for Colombia, with cards and local methods in COP. Solana Pay with USDC remains an experimental alternative for international payments. Institutional purchase by order and invoice is available in every case. You can walk through the payment prototype before any charges are enabled.
Wompi · primary channel
Bancolombia's Colombian gateway: Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, PSE, Nequi and other local methods, charged in COP. Approval of international cards depends on the issuer. Nexalel's integration is not live yet.
Wompi Colombia ↗Solana Pay · alternative
USDC payments on Solana for teams outside Colombia that prefer to settle in stablecoin. In this version no wallets are connected, no signatures are requested and no funds are accepted.
Solana Pay ↗Institutional purchase
Purchase order and invoice, with terms agreed in writing. This is the usual route for hospitals, public programs and funders.
Wompi documents international cards charged in COP; approval depends on the issuer and the merchant configuration. Nexalel's international acceptance is not yet verified.
A small first study with a reviewable deliverable.
For leads in translational bioinformatics and biomarker discovery. Together we define which conclusion your team needs to review, which evidence supports it and which uncertainty must be documented.
01 · Agree on the question
A scoping session to set the objective, assay, permissions, test data, CPU, memory and time limits, and the person responsible. No sensitive files are accepted.
02 · Review feasibility
A work proposal and budget fixed to the approved scope. Pipeline, reference, metadata and acceptance criteria are defined before any resources are reserved. Timelines are agreed case by case; there is no published SLA.
03 · Deliver evidence
Proposed deliverables: a QC report, a manifest of versions and hashes, a results table with its limits and a review session. They are delivered only after the corresponding execution has been enabled and verified.
Common questions from scientific and procurement teams
What is being contracted today?
A scoping conversation commits you to no purchase. The assisted service, price, milestones, acceptance and obligations are agreed in writing. There is no subscription and no real billing on this website.
Can we use real data?
Only after a review of the specific dataset, its rights, its purpose, the processing conditions and the technical controls. In the meantime, the public case and the synthetic fixtures let you examine the approach. The form accepts neither files nor patient data.
Who keeps the files, and for how long?
Location, access, retention, backup and verifiable deletion are agreed before the pilot. A value selected in the form does not constitute an operational retention policy.
What would stop the pilot?
Uncertain permissions, missing controls or reference, an exceeded resource budget, or results that fail the acceptance criteria. A failure is documented as such and is never presented as a valid result.
What does your next study have to demonstrate?
We first agree on the question, the assay, the data rights and the deliverable. Then we decide whether working together makes sense.
