02 · The community perspective
What changes, and what evidence supports it.
An exploration of human microbial communities on a synthetic challenge: composition, diversity, multivariate geometry and sensitivity, with documented methods and limits.

A community that changes over time
Explore compositional structure, sensitivity and confounding in a synthetic challenge of 60 samples. It does not represent patients.

Methods and availability
16S · Computed case
Counts, taxonomy and metadata support the composition and diversity analyses. The report documents the processing and distinguishes cohort reanalysis from technical checks on reads.
Cohort · Sensitivity
Paired comparisons and depth checks. Differential abundance results keep the significance and sensitivity criteria visible; a signal does not imply causation.
Shotgun and integration · Pending
The published case does not demonstrate functional potential from shotgun data or prediction of treatment response. Both capabilities require suitable data, evaluated methods and independent validation.

A shared review framework
Observation, available quality, source and version, uncertainty, permitted use, research question and report. The public case lets you walk through computed results; collaborative review per study and private runs require dedicated development and enablement.
Research · not for clinical use
Every finding needs context.
The framework connects observation, quality, source, uncertainty, permitted use, research question and report. Collaborative review per study is in development.
Observation
The public case presents computations on cohort data. The genomics and microbiome demos use synthetic fixtures. Each experience states its origin.
Inference
Annotations, associations or predictions that depend on references, models and assumptions. They are not direct measurements.
Interpretation
Conclusions limited to the available context and evidence. These demos offer no diagnosis or prescription.
Methods and background reading
These references explain the approach and its limits. They do not validate the demo's synthetic figures and imply no affiliation.
