Docker and Snakemake run the scientific engine. Outputs include reports, figures in SVG, PDF and PNG, and TSV and JSON tables with provenance. The web explorers let you look up values, connect perspectives and verify the published files.
The private portal accepts only the authorized synthetic example. Environmental data is processed by an operator, and its public demo shows a real precomputed run. 16S FASTQ input is available through the CLI, not through web upload.
Human microbiome and soil have computed demonstrations. The human genomics evaluation is available on two public cases. Water treatment remains under commercial and scientific investigation.
